Mr. Harms, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Global Leisure Partners LLP, has over twenty years of investment banking experience. Mr. Harms founded and built a leading worldwide gaming and hospitality investment banking franchise for Oppenheimer and CIBC World Markets from 1987 - 2003. While at Oppenheimer and CIBC, Mr. Harms managed in excess of $30 billion of sector financing, completed over 50 advisory engagements in gaming and hospitality, led a team which completed in excess of 150 sector transactions and developed strong CEO level advisory relationships worldwide. Mr. Harms has acted as a leader in development of the global gaming industry as a founding member of the American Gaming Association and of the Cross Industry Group in the U.K.
