Analyst Recruiting

Tri-Artisan Partners LLC opportunistically seeks to hire merchant banking analysts to join the Tri-Artisan team. Prospective analysts will develop extensive private equity, M&A, and leveraged finance transaction experience by working directly with the senior partners and operating executives of the firm.

Qualified candidates should have:

One to two years of experience in private equity, M&A or leveraged finance

Knowledge and understanding of financial modeling, valuation techniques, accounting and general transaction processes

Highly motivated work ethic and the ability to work in a rapidly-moving, dynamic environment

Excellent written and verbal skills

Interpersonal skills necessary to interact with senior deal partners and operating executives on a regular basis

Analysts should expect to work in small (2-3 person) teams on private equity investments, mergers & acquisitions advisory and capital raising transactions for both public and private companies across a range of industries in a highly motivated fast-paced environment. Select analysts may have the opportunity to stay with Tri-Artisan after completion of an analyst program.
